1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms govern your use of ToneFix Speaker Launcher (the “Application”), provided by Parolles tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and uninstall the Application.
The Application is not intended for children under 13. You must meet applicable age requirements and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. Application Features
The Application provides home screen launcher functionality; Standard, Water Eject, Dust Clean, and Sound Fix modes; Standard and Deep Clean options for connected headphones; and an ambient noise meter with current, minimum, maximum, and average readings.
Availability and performance may vary by device, operating system, permissions, and connected accessories.
3. About Launcher Features
ToneFix Speaker Launcher is a launcher application designed to offer an alternative home screen experience and convenient access to its tools. If you choose it as your default Home app, it may change the appearance or arrangement of your home screen, including application icons, shortcuts, and available widgets. The experience may vary depending on your device, Android version, and settings.
Using a different launcher is generally intended to change how applications are displayed and accessed, rather than remove them. Your installed applications should generally remain accessible, although their icons may appear in different locations or in an app drawer.
You can usually switch to another available launcher through your device’s default-app or Home app settings. The steps and available options may differ by device, and switching back may not restore every previous layout or preference. If you need assistance, contact us at [email protected].
4. Sound-Based Cleaning Limitations
Cleaning modes play sounds intended to assist with everyday speaker or headphone care. Results vary by device, speaker condition, and other factors. We do not guarantee the removal of water or dust, improved sound quality, or restoration of normal operation.
Names such as “Water Eject,” “Dust Clean,” “Deep Clean,” and “Sound Fix” identify modes, not guarantees of effectiveness, professional cleaning, or hardware repair.
The Application cannot repair damaged hardware and does not replace professional cleaning equipment, manufacturer guidance, or repair services.
5. Noise Meter Limitations
Noise readings are estimates derived from your device’s microphone. Accuracy depends on microphone characteristics, device processing, environmental conditions, and other factors.
The Application is not a professional or certified sound level meter. Its readings must not be relied upon for occupational safety, regulatory compliance, certification, or other assessments requiring professional measurement standards.
6. Responsible Use
Follow on-screen instructions and your device manufacturer’s recommendations. Keep playback at a comfortable volume, avoid prolonged exposure to loud sounds, and stop if playback causes discomfort.
Do not intentionally expose devices or headphones to water or dust to test the Application. Seek appropriate technical assistance for damaged or malfunctioning hardware.
7. Permissions and Privacy
Certain features require permissions, including microphone access for noise measurement. You may decline or revoke permissions, although the related features may become unavailable.
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms does not replace separate permission requests or consent where required.
8. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application for personal, lawful purposes on devices you own or control.
The Application and associated content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except where permitted by law or an applicable open-source license, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify the Application without authorization.
9. Prohibited Use
- Do not use the Application for unlawful purposes.
- Do not interfere with its security or operation or introduce malicious code.
- Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not misrepresent measurements as professionally certified results.
These restrictions do not override rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.
10. Advertisements and Third-Party Content
The Application may display advertisements or links to third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Displaying an advertisement or link does not mean that we endorse it.
This section does not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation.
12. Ending Use and Uninstalling
You may stop using the Application at any time. If it is your default launcher, you can usually select another available Home app in Android settings before uninstalling ToneFix Speaker Launcher through the device’s application settings or Google Play. Available options and steps may vary by device.
Switching launchers may not automatically recreate every previous layout or preference.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful activity, or security risks, subject to applicable law.
13. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, cleaning effectiveness, or measurement accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Applicable law determines the law governing these Terms and the courts competent to hear a dispute. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or rights available under the laws of your place of residence.
Please contact [email protected] first so we can attempt to resolve concerns. Unresolved disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. This does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in your local courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and update the date above. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using and uninstall the Application.
16. General Provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
