Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026
Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to ToneFix Speaker Launcher (the “Application”), provided by Parolles tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains how information is accessed, collected, used, shared, and retained when you use the Application.

The Application provides home screen launcher features, speaker cleaning modes, headphone cleaning tools, and an ambient noise meter. On some screens or devices, the Application may be displayed as “ToneFix Launcher” or “ToneFix Speaker.”

For questions about this Policy or your information, contact [email protected].

2. Information Collection and Use

Microphone access and noise measurements

When you grant microphone permission and start the noise meter, the Application processes audio samples to estimate the surrounding sound level and display current, minimum, maximum, and average readings. The measurement calculation uses a temporary audio buffer on your device. Measurement stops when you pause it or leave the active measurement page.

You may refuse or revoke microphone access and continue using features that do not require it. Interactions with the noise meter, including permission choices and measurement controls, may be recorded as usage events separately from microphone input.

Launcher information and preferences

The launcher accesses application information, such as names, icons, and package identifiers, to display and open applications. It also uses home screen preferences and settings to support your selected layout and available customization features.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

When you use the Application and its supporting services, information processed may include:

Online services may infer an approximate location, such as a country or region, from your IP address. Device and installation identifiers may allow services to recognize a device or app installation even when your name is not provided.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message or attachments. We use this information to respond, provide support, and address your request. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.

3. How We Use Information

We use relevant information to provide and maintain the Application, remember preferences, respond to support requests, understand feature usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, and protect the Application against misuse.

Advertising and attribution services use relevant technical and interaction information to deliver advertisements, measure performance, attribute installations, manage advertising frequency, and prevent fraud. Depending on your choices and applicable requirements, advertising providers may use information to personalize advertisements.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the processing: providing services you request, consent where required, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our services where permitted by law. Any processing requiring consent must be subject to the applicable consent requirements. This Policy does not replace separate permission or consent requests.

4. Permissions and Device Access

The Application and its supporting services use device capabilities according to the features you access, your permission choices, and Android restrictions.

You can manage supported permissions in Android settings. Refusing or withdrawing permission may prevent the related feature from working but does not prevent use of unrelated features.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates third-party services for advertising, attribution, analytics, diagnostics, and supporting functionality. The providers involved may vary according to your region, the services enabled, and advertising mediation settings.

When operating, advertising providers may receive device and network details, advertising or installation identifiers, approximate region, ad-request context, impressions, clicks, and fraud-prevention signals. Analytics and diagnostic services process relevant installation, interaction, and error information. Providers may act as processors or as independent controllers for their own disclosed purposes. Their policies describe their respective practices and privacy controls.

Additional advertising and mediation services may include Kwai, SmartDigimkt, and Tramini. You may contact us for further information about third-party services or refer to provider information displayed with an advertisement.

These third-party notices supplement this Policy; they do not remove our responsibility for information handling through the Application. Opening external pages is also subject to their own privacy practices.

6. Information Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers and partners that support application functionality, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, attribution, and customer support. The information shared depends on the purpose and service involved.

We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process; to address fraud, security issues, or threats to rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to applicable protections and notices. Information may be shared at your direction or with your consent.

Some advertising-related disclosures may qualify as “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may exercise the associated opt-out rights through applicable controls or by contacting us. This Policy does not authorize uses of personal information prohibited by applicable law.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information under our control for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, resolve support requests and disputes, address security issues, and meet applicable legal requirements.

Retention depends on the type of information, why it is needed, the period of your use, and any legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable requirements. Information processed by third-party providers is also subject to their retention policies and relevant service settings.

You may request deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. Include the Application name and information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records. We may verify your request and retain information where a lawful exception applies.

Clearing application storage or uninstalling the Application removes locally stored application data under Android’s rules. This does not automatically delete information already received by us, third-party providers, or separate backup services.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You can stop using the Application at any time, revoke supported permissions, change the default launcher, disable notifications, clear local application storage, or uninstall the Application through your device settings.

Where supported, Android settings allow you to manage advertising preferences and reset or delete your advertising identifier. Advertising providers may offer additional controls through their privacy notices, advertisements, or consent interfaces. Limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements or other permitted processing.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

To exercise applicable rights or appeal a response, contact [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, subject to appropriate verification and lawful exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority.

9. International Data Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country.

Where required, international transfers will be subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law. Third-party privacy policies provide additional information about their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Contact us if you have questions about an international transfer involving your information.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or below any higher age at which parental authorization is required by applicable law, without the required authorization.

If we become aware of such collection, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information or otherwise address the matter as required by law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information should contact [email protected].

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Please report suspected security issues to [email protected] and avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, our practices, or legal requirements. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.

We will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes where required by applicable law. Please review this Policy periodically.
